Site Visits & Inspections

​We the team will need to make visits to the site at several stages of the project to attend meetings and conduct inspections of the progress of the project. For each project, there will be a recommended amount of trips factored into the client’s contract.
Services of professionals such as Interior designers, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Structural consultants, liaison with local bodies and concerned authorities, Surveyors, Horticulturists, geologists, commercial artists, photographers, model makers, Hard copies of drawings,3D presentations and allied documents etc. If required shall be appointed and paid independently by the client and are not included in our scope.
